Health tip for reducing calcium deficiency and anemia

Nowadays, the people are mostly suffers with anemia and deficiency of calcium. Most of the teenagers are especially girls suffers with anemia due to their diet plans, their busy of studies, fashion of zero size etc.

Decrease of the red blood cells are in blood is called anemia. If the red blood cells are decrease, hemoglobin percentage also decreased. The sysmpotms of anemia are shortness of breath, quickly tired, feeling more thirsty, anemic person becomes pale.

For reducing anemia, we must eat iron and vitamins rich foods so, take dark green leafy vegetables, meat and poultry foods especially liver, fruits, fortified foods, sea food, nuts and seeds, Jaggery with peanut, beetroot, carrot etc.

Calcium deficiency means calcium levels low in the blood. Calcium is a mineral. The symptoms of calcium deficiency are muscle problems, not ability to do exercises, extreme fatigue, the skin becomes dry and itchy, osteoporosis, osteopenia, the bones become thinner, dental problems.

For reduce the calcium deficiency, take oral supplements, dairy products such as milk, curd, cheese, yogurt. Take vitamin D supplements and stay in sunlight at least for 15 minutes and take good diet includes fruits, fresh vegetables, nuts etc.
